Through Wells Fargo Private Bank, WIM is also a leading provider of trust, investment, and fiduciary services, including personal trust services and a number of specialized wealth services designed to meet the diverse needs of high-net-worth clients.The WIM Policy Office is hiring a Business Initiative Consultant 3 to support the WIM Policy Office Program and reporting requirements. The Policy Office works to ensure Wells Fargo Enterprise Policy and Procedures are reviewed and implemented within the various Wealth & Investment Management Lines of Business. We partner closely with Policy Owners, Compliance, Control Executive and program owners within WIM and report to the Chief Administrative Office.Key Responsibilities of the Business Initiatives Consultant include:Create or enhance current reporting within WIM Policy office to report on status of policy reviews, implementations, exceptions and violations utilizing tools available

Create and maintain procedures, workflows, contact lists and process maps for the WIM Policy Office supporting both enterprise and business level documentation.

Lead enterprise and business initiatives that impact Policy Management for WIM which may include development of content to support training and communication needs, development of timelines and action plans, and development of reporting specific to the initiative

Facilitate request from enterprise partners for subject matter experts within WIM including assignment of WIM Policy Office team member to support and maintenance of SharePoint list for tracking

May support policy review and implementations as needed

Required Qualifications8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Desired QualificationsExperience testing policy and procedures/control testing

Financial services industry experience

Ability to prepare presentations, management reporting, and statistical analysis

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities

Knowledge and understanding of database management, reporting, and analysis functions

Knowledge and understanding of metrics based analysis: reporting and trend analysis

Knowledge and understanding of operations strategy and policy development

Knowledge and understanding of project coordination: client interface, data management, reporting, review, and analysis

Knowledge and understanding of project management principles: tracking deliverables and coordinating tasks and activities : deliverables

Strong analytical and technical skills

Experience in corporate-wide policy governance, maintenance and governance of the plans, playbooks and policies

Experience in policy implementation

Other Desired QualificationsPrior experience in the following: WIM, Policy Management related role, risk management experience within WF and working with policies, procedures and other documentation created by business, proven success with implementation of policies, etc.

Can work independently with little supervision, role requires someone to be able to multi-task and be able to be flexible in dynamic environment

Excellent use of applications including: Excel, Word, Power point, Visio
