Our market positions are an outcome of great work by employees who are committed to serving our customers.This Business Support Consultant (BSC) 3 role is responsible for assisting in the effective and efficient delivery of the Business Process Management (BPM) program for Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations. The role will provide leadership support in the application of BPM policy for Operation processes.Specifically, this role will have responsibility for:Assisting in facilitating an integrated approach to ensure consistent, effective management of BPM across Operations businesses, sharing best practices and raising awareness on expectations

Developing holistic review of program performance, including monthly production of reporting and insights shared with Operations Leadership Team and in a multitude of venues

Tracking the changes in the Operations BPM inventory, monitoring the review process to assess decomposition and completeness

Assisting in continuous improvement efforts of the BPM program at the Operations level

Developing strong relationships with counterparts on CSBB Group BPM Program Process Engineering, Change Management and Risk teams

Managing change controls through change lifecycle while conducting liaison between Line of Business and Group BPM Process Librarians

Assisting in driving team objectives and meeting performance standards

Tracking and reporting on the status of completion of the Operations BPM body of work

Other Desired QualificationsAbility to manage within a large, complex, cross-matrix organization that includes: multiple business, technology and risk disciplines

Familiarization with Process Architecture in a large Financial organization

Experience with enterprise capabilities & processes

Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) practices

Lean Six Sigma familiarity or equivalent process improvement operational excellence experience

Experience with AGILE project management

Familiarity with data structures and systems to obtain metric data

Strong facilitation skills

Advanced Microsoft Office skills – specifically advanced Excel skills

Job ExpectationsAbility to travel up to 10% of the time
