These teams will have responsibility to ensure all shared data and shared data services across Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking and Wealth Investment Management Technology meet requirements across all critical dimensions such as information security, resiliency, vulnerability, risk assessment and controls, audit and access management to name a few.This leadership role will have responsibility for one of the broadest data footprints spanning across Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking and Wealth Investment Management and will be charged with managing the integration of data solutions in a way that allows for rapid, yet controlled releases of new functionality from the data teams.Technical leadership details:The leader will need to organize the teams in such a way to optimize the outcomes and the speed at which we build functionality that can accomplish the target Objectives and Key Results
The leader must build strong and transparent relationships with partners across the bank to ensure deep and clear understanding of budgeting, capacity, and forecasting
The leader will need to be able to advise in detail the data architecture choices to be made when building functionality. For example, develop and implement best in class Data Driven Designs to support new services that will consume existing APIs
The leader will need to develop feedback mechanisms that are data driven to provide insight to the teams on what can make them more efficient and what impedes their speed of delivery
This role will also oversee the allocation of people and financial resources to ensure efficient and effective execution aligned with strategic objectives and will make critical technology decisions requiring strong operational risk and customer impact management

7+ years of experience with strategic planning in technology
5+ years of experience with leadership in an enterprise technology environment
Desired QualificationsExperience managing large or multiple technology development efforts within a major line of business
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
Other Desired Qualifications5+ years of experience leading and executing complex technology transformational programs across an enterprise
5+ years of experience developing and driving strategic portfolio planning and leading large, distributed programs
5+ years of relationship management experience with business and technology partners
5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Commercial banking, Corporate banking, or Investment banking
10+ years of experience leading and executing the design and development of innovative solutions and driving recommendations for changes to data systems, infrastructure, or processes
Experience managing large or multiple technology development efforts within a major line of business
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
Experience communicating in both written and verbal formats with senior executive-level leaders
Ability to manage technology development efforts for a major line of business
Technology Cloud computing experience
Experience articulating a complex problem, design, or build strategy
Advanced understanding of technology portfolio strategy and planning, linking business operations to technology
5+ years of experience setting technology portfolio strategy
