Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .In this role:Personal Loans & Retail Service - Marketing Strategy & Excellence team ( Charlotte, NC; New York, NY; Des Moines, IA; Minneapolis, MN; Wilmington, DE ) The Marketing Consultant role will contribute to the growth of the business by supporting marketing campaigns as well as managing marketing processes and controls. They will lead or participate in development of planning and executing increasingly complex highly visible programs within marketing. Contribute to marketing, creative or product management for major product lines and provide expert level consultation in one or more areas critical to E-business success such as marketing programs, new products or product enhancements. Review and analyze moderately complex information across projects or programs to present findings and recommend solutions to management while developing work plans, campaign requirements, establishing milestones and reports comparing results to projections. Analyze product collateral design, development, distribution, regional marketing and sales support including local advertising or brand awareness, sponsorships, promotions, sales campaigns, tracking, research, and reporting on trends and program effectiveness. Lead team to meet marketing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing. Collaborate and consult with product and marketing partners across the enterprise.#GlideRelaunchRequired Qualifications:7+ years of work experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:Rejoining the workforce after taking a current career break of 2+ years

7+ years of prior professional experience in Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Market Research, Customer Segmentation, Digital Marketing or Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media)

A BS/BA degree or higher

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Experience in marketing with go to market or new launch experience

Advanced Microsoft Office Skills

Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with key stakeholders

Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs

Market research experience with AB Testing on messaging

Direct digital marketing experience

Job Expectations:Must be able to attend full duration of 8-week internship program working hybrid in office a minimum of 3 days per week from September 12- November 4 with an anticipated promotion for those successful in internship to full-time roles the week of November 7
