This position on the Third Party Program (TPP) Design team will develop and enhance TPP program requirements, methodologies, and procedures in response to emerging risks, remediation expectations, and regulatory matters as it relates to alternative Third Party management practices. The focus will be on designing program solutions to identified issues and concerns in collaboration with overlapping risk partner, organizations that meet the following expectations: effective from a risk management standpoint, efficient from a process and automation standpoint, and sustainable from an execution standpoint. Work efforts will apply to emerging risks, remediation, and regulatory matters. Emerging risks include risks that are known to some degree but have not fully materialized and will include: maintaining ongoing partnerships with other risk programs to understand the changing threat landscapes and identification of new potential impacts with outsourcing services to third parties. Remediation matters include but are not limited to: Internal Audit findings, issues/deficiencies/gaps, corrective actions development, required changes to align to new corporate policy expectations. Regulatory matters include but are not limited to: enforcement action development and response, program alignment to supervisory guidance and expectations, advanced preparation activities for upcoming regulator exams, coordination of regulatory examinationsAbout this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution ConsultantIn this role, you will:Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives

Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives

Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications, US:5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product.

Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner

Outstanding problem solving skills

Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Ability to identify key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution

5+ years of third party risk experience in financial services

Third Party Risk Information Management System (TRIMS) experience/RSA Archer or process unity would be desired, not required skills

Job Expectations:Maintaining partnerships and serving as the TPP liaison and subject matter experts

Performing analysis required to address root cause(s) of third party-related concerns or deficiencies

Driving and coordinating information sharing and response strategy development with overlapping risk partners

Proactively identifying obstacles and challenges and recommending solutions to overcome them

Maintaining integrity of Information Security and Technology TPP requirement and process materials

Documenting change requests and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for TRIMS system changes required to support program enhancements, and participate in development activities through to implementation

Developing communication and training updates

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
