About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant to lead creative development for card design and visual identity systems for all card products. We are looking for a rare individual who is equally proficient in creative & brand strategy, relationship management, project management and print production. Add a touch of analytics and you have what we are looking for. You must be experienced/comfortable working with Sr Leaders and their teams across multiple card lines of business and taking their business requirements for card designs and aligning to our brand standards.In this role, you will:

Collaborate and consult with cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships and cross functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables

Implement a roadmap, including the sequencing, and timing of key initiatives

Manage creative development and ensure it aligns with the strategy

Develop project budgets, scopes, and timelines for deliverables

Ensure creative strategies and content copy align with Brand standards

Craft actionable creative briefs that inspire great work

Collaborate with creative team to deliver work that is on brand and on budget

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Previous Design and Print Production experience for Credit and/or Debit Cards

Agency and/or client-side experience with large, complex multi-national brands

Experience in credit card marketing

Experience and proficiency in design programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences and levels within the organization

Job Expectations:

Must be able to travel up to 40%

Hybrid in-office model (minimum of 3 days per week in office location)
