Relevant Experience (in Yrs): 10+ years
- Technical/Functional Skills: Consulting experience with Big Four or other equivalent management or technology consulting firms
- Ability to define requirements, write proposals, and deliver against SOW scopes and requirements.
- Proven Client management skills, including conflict resolution, scope management, engagement management.
- Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Solution Architecture experience using TOGAF, Zachman and other frameworks.
- Experience with leading cloud platforms across SaaS, PaaS and IaaS services and solutions
- Strong hands-on experience in solutioning using AWS services.
- Knowledge of Python (including AWS SDK for Python – Boto3 library), Control-M, RDS/Aurora and Cloud Formation scripting is necessary.
- Should have at least 2 prior AWS implementation experience
- Experience in capacity planning / sizing in AWS platform
- Experience with portfolio analysis and workload migration
- Experienced with legacy application migration automation tools from Cloud providers and 3rd parties.
- Deep experience with legacy application modernization
- Hands-on experience with leading virtualization platforms
- Experience with containers, container orchestration, APIs and microservices is essential.
- Experience in providing guidance on implementing a cloud-based Data Lake/Analytics platform strategy.
- Experience with AWS Data Warehouse based services (eg. S3, Glue/Crawlers, Snowflake, Redshift, Athena, EMR)
- Experienced with application modernization & Cloud migrations.
- Good understanding of the full software development life cycle
- Experience in delivering against tight timelines.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter and can management an engagement from pre-sales and kick-off to close out or, preferably, upsell or extension.
- Proven leadership and managerial skills to manage client accounts and lead teams of 2-10 people, throughout the project lifecycle.
- IT strategy experience for planning migrations to public or hybrid clouds including program planning and costing.
- Experience of delivering complete enterprise Cloud solutions for projects.
- Solid Infrastructure architecture expertise including capacity planning, environment strategy and hosting requirements.
- Openness to travel and work at client offices.
- Strong experience in SQL.
- Proficient in business analysis concepts (business process modeling (BPM), context diagrams, use cases, user stories)
- Proficiency with techniques used in requirements elicitation, project scoping, requirements analysis, and project planning and analysis activities.
- Utilizes resource tools to manage project resource demand - primarily Jira.
- Proficient in Project Management and SDLC processes; awareness of agile/iterative approaches
- Experience working with a data warehouse and/or analytics team.
- Strong ability to extract information by questioning, active listening, and interviewing.

- Be able to lead Cloud Strategy engagements, Cloud technology and architecture efforts, Cloud deployments, as well as Cloud migrations and portfolio migration to the Cloud.
- Lead the design, planning and implementation of complex IT infrastructure solutions.
- Work closely with the client to establish Cloud migration roadmaps and priorities.
- Perform application portfolio analysis to identify candidate applications and workloads for migration to the Cloud.
- Establish detailed Cloud migration project plans and execute against them.
- Support business development and proposal work
- Develop pricing and cost models for complex engagements, ensuring adequate margins while ensuring risks are understood and mitigated.
- Verify technical feasibility and validate solution options for the requirements
