Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing communication strategies, drafting internal and external correspondence, and ensuring consistent messaging across various platforms (excluding social media). This role requires strong writing skills, the ability to collaborate across departments, and a proactive mindset.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, reports, and email campaignsCoordinate with project managers and departments to ensure consistent messagingPrepare written materials such as press releases, statements, talking points, and client updatesManage internal documentation and assist with communication planningEnsure clarity and consistency in all company communicationsMonitor communication processes and suggest improvements
