Front Desk Guest Service
MUST HAVE a Flexible schedule and open for (7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm) (FRONT DESK) staff at the COMFORT SUITES- Manhattan, KS. Must be reliable, professional, punctual, responsible, flexible and presentable. Manager Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate for the positions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Greeting guests and providing them with assistance and information as requested
- GREAT Customer serviceability!
-Checking guests in and out of the hotel
-Strong negotiation skills and good judgment
-Ability to work well with other departments
-Maintain strong interpersonal relationships
-Helps guests with providing information about the hotel and the local area
-Answers internal or external phone calls in a pleasant and professional manner
- Have a professional demeanor and look
- Leading Front Desk Staff by a good example
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST BE RELIABLE! On-time for scheduled shifts and flexible schedule
-Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of guests and employees.
-Excellent organizational, computer, cash handling, and problem-solving skills are required.
-Having an energetic and outgoing, positive attitude is required.
-Must be prompt and dependable.
-Minimum of 3 months of hotel experience
