The assistant office manager position is responsible for the day to day operations of the property management business. It includes, but is not limited to working with tenants, potential tenants and property owners. Responsible for facilitating leases, and coordinating different maintenance issues. Assistant office manager must be able to effectively communicate with tenants, potential tenants, owners and other employees of the company. Accurate data entry into property management software and a general computer skills are required.
