Property Preservation help needed in Kansas (Weekly Pay)
MRS Field Service is in need of Property Preservation Contractors throughout the entire state of Kansas.
Contractors must have the knowledge of Property Preservation and have general handy man skills. Contractors must have insurance and be able to pass an Aspen Grove Back ground check. MRS is offering weekly pay as an incentive to cover rural areas of the state.
Contractor must cover parts or all of the following counties:
Cheyenne, Logan, Rawlins, Sherman, Decatur, Graham, Norton, Sheridan, Thomas, Jewell, Lincoln, Osborne, Phillips, Rooks, Smith, Greeley, Hamilton, Kearny, Scott, Wallace, Wichita, Gove, Hodgeman, Lane, Ness, Pawnee, Rush, Trego, Barton, Ellis, Ellsworth, Russell, Stafford, Haskell, Morton, Stevens, Clark, Comanche , Edwards, Finney, Ford, Gray, Kiowa, Meade, Seward, Barber, Harper, Pratt, Allen, Bourbon, Chautauqua, Cherokee, Coffey, Crawford, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho, Wilson and Woodson.
Services include (not limited to):
Grass & Tree Cuts/Property Maintenance
Lock Changes/Securing Property
Debris Removal/Full Trash Outs/Board ups/Repairing or Tarping roofs
Winterizing/Plumbing/Drywall
Evictions/Maid Services
Snow Removal
Subcontractor - Must have your own vehicle, trailer and smart phone to take pictures with PPW app. You also need your own tools such as locks, lawn mowing equipment, generator, and any other tools needed to completed work orders.
