career opportunities.PURPOSEAND SCOPE:The Senior Financial Analyst - Consolidations will oversee

and drive the global consolidation process, help oversee and manage the

intercompany process, and assist with monthly reporting requirements. The

Senior Financial Analyst – Consolidations will have the opportunity to gain

exposure to many areas of the business and interact with a wide range of

finance team members within the NxStage Products division as well as corporate

finance and other division finance teams.PRINCIPALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· Execute the monthly consolidation process within our ERP system,

including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation , and

validate the accuracy of data feeds between systems·Maintain the GL chart of accounts across multiple systems,

including the mapping to and from the parent entity, updating system reporting

as needed·Oversee the intercompany transaction elimination process,

including identification and investigation of out of balances, and propose best

practice resolutions and process improvements·Complete monthly reconciliations for equity rollforward, CTA,

and international entity feeds· Identify opportunities for process improvement and sharing best

practices·Assist with key corporate initiatives to support the growth of

the business and integration with FMC, such as realigning reporting processes

as well as supporting projects related to systems mapping and integrationPHYSICALDEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:· The physical demands and work environment characteristics

functions.EDUCATION:· BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Business related field.

MBA preferred· 3-5 years of experience desiredEXPERIENCEAND REQUIRED SKILLS:· Must be a self starter with a proven ability to multi-task and

prioritize· Ability to adapt to changing business needs in a fast paced

environment· Ability to collaborate across groups and garner respect from

senior managers· Previous experience with consolidations in a global environment· Demonstrated analytical, interpersonal, and communication

(written and verbal) skills· Detail oriented and well organized with the ability to work

independently and under tight deadlines· Demonstrated financial systems experience with the ability to

maintain the integrity of our GL and financial reporting structures; ability to

propose and test system enhancements· Demonstrated high level Excel and PowerPoint skills· Proficiency in financial statement preparation and reportingEO/AA
