We are in search of a full-time leasing agent to complete our team for a 600 unit property. This position will lead our leasing team in sales and head up all Social Media marketing and events with the property. This is a very fun and outgoing atmosphere so you must live to help people and love what you do!
Qualifications
1 or more years' experience in customer service
Strong sales skills with an OUTGOING personalitya real go get her!
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell and explain home features and answer questions
Ability to apply sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects and closing
Efficiency in Word, Excel in order to complete required reports and employment documents
Proficiency and fluency in using the internet for marketing, advertising and sales-related communications
Candidates must have a valid drivers license to operate golf cart on property
