We are currently hiring a maintenance technician to work in our apartment community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete Service Requests
Make Ready Units for Occupancy
Painting & Sheetrock Repair
Light Plumbing and Electrical Repairs
Appliance Repair
Maintain Outside of Premises & Landscaping

Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
Furnish own tools
Must have reliable transportation
Must pass criminal background check and drug screen
At least one year of maintenance technician experience
