Description

POOCH is looking for an organized and professional administrative assistant for the summer to help with summer turnover! Applicant must be willing to move into one of the three POOCH co-ops to be considered for the position. Pay starting at $11.18 an hour (the MIT calculated living wage for Lawrence, KS) and is negotiable, approximately 9 hours of work per week is expected.

Priority Deadline for Applicants is April 30

Qualifications

Can use Google Suite to include Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides

Organized and self sufficient

Good written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Administrative (50%)

Organizing digital and paper files

Website management

Help maintain rent roll during turn

Respond to emails and phone calls

Key management

Resolve lock outs

Maintain key inventory

Occupancy (25%)

Respond to applications when received to set up tours and interviews

Give tours of properties

Misc. (25%)

Attend weekly staff meetings

Attend weekly house meetings

Attend monthly board meetings

Schedule and meet with contractors
