CLO serves adults with disabilities in our residential and days program. We are looking for someone who has some management experience in our field to help lead one of our group homes.
As a Team Leader you will work with the Home Coach to ensure the clients in this home live meaningful lives. You will assist in supervising the Direct Support Professionals as well and running the day to day functions of the home. This is a more medically fragile (vs behaviorally challenging) home so experience with healthcare is preferred. This is a busy role requiring on call hours so only apply if you have flexible working hours. Working on the floor will be required when necessary due to staff/client ratios.
Experience working with disabled adults is required, along with some past management experience.
