Job Title: Programmer

SUMMARY:

A .NET Programmer is responsible for designing and developing software and web pages based on given performance requirements and design. You will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support.

In this role you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.

COMPETENCY: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies

Coding, development, architecture, and implementation of Readiness Rounds applications.

Oversee the development and testing of new features and performance improvements

Work in cooperation with designers, staff and third parties to design, code, test, implement, debug and optimize Readiness Rounds applications

Demonstrate and apply strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Write clean, professional, and maintainable code

Implement code that is CPU, time and memory-efficient

Proactively Problem-solve performance and stability issues

Collaborate with the design team for new features

Manage and mentor less experienced programmers, including task assignments and follow up

Ability to apply logical improvement processes

Ability to operate various work-processing software, spreadsheets, and database programs.

High level of competence in Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint

Adept at working with wireless devices, connecting to Wi-Fi networks, etc

Maintain confidentiality.

Interact and maintain good working relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds.

Communicate efficiently and effectively both verbally and in writing.

Ability to carry out multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Follow instructions furnished in verbal or written format.

Detail oriented

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The education and experience requirements listed below are representative of this position's requirements.

Five plus years of relevant programming experience, with demonstrated understanding of software engineering practices and proven coding skills.

Strong task and schedule management skills

Good communications skills

Able to work well under pressure

Self motivated

Proficient in object-oriented programming and relational database architecture including:

o SQL

o Visual Studio

o C+

o C#

o Visual Basic

o All.Net

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Five plus years of relevant programming experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
