- Assist with daily IT tasks to provide Level-1 technical support for hardware and software users.
- Support O365.
- Perform general administration duties for the Server/Network Infrastructure.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance either in-person, over-the-phone, or electronically.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention.
- Document and track support tickets.
- Create Active Directory accounts/rights and make changes as needed.
- Install and troubleshoot Ethernet cabling.
- Monitor Network health, escalate issues as needed.
- Audit and manage backup tapes.
- Prepare and deploy hardware and software for end users.
- 2 years of Help Desk experience.
- Computer Information Systems technical training or equivalent experience.
