Repair inspect crew mask cylinders and containersPrimary Responsibilities:Assembles fabricated parts, components or units at floor stations.

Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.

Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.

Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels; repairs as necessary.

Conducts inspection of incoming assemblies/components in accordance with established procedures and technical data.

Responsible for performing complete operation checkouts, modifications, disassembly, repairs, reassembly, test calibrations, diagnoses, and correction of problems.

Follows repair and return processes to ensure high quality and short cycle time of repair and return.

Sets up necessary repair and test facilities.

May be required to complete an apprenticeship or training.

Basic Qualifications:HS diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.
