Job Description
HCI is now hiring acommunicative, tech-savvy candidate that enjoysthinking out-of-the-box to quickly find solutions to both routine and ongoing construction and maintenance tasks.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinates, directs, schedules, and documents work orders by subcontractors as necessary
- Assess current building needs and prioritize in order of importance and effect on operations
- Evaluate construction schedules and maintain/update throughout projects
- Reads and interprets plans and specifications
- Establishes workflow and priorities
- Serve as liaison to all facilities, including Freddy’s and Woofs locations, for the entire maintenance process
- Support and supervise field maintenance technicians and home office intern
- Coordinate the activities related to on-going maintenance of equipment and facilities utilizing the appropriate software applications ensuring proper processes and timing
- Approve all vendor invoices ensuring proper pricing
- Act as point-of-contact with all maintenance vendors, ensuring a high level of service
- Read and assess all Operational Assessment Reports for any maintenance issues, creating maintenance tickets when needed
- Serve as administrator of the maintenance process within the applicable software applications
- Monitor and analyze daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual data to analyze budget to actual variances by facility, region and overall trends by the facility, age of the facility, etc.
- Manage $1.2M maintenance budget
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years related experience in an operational support role or related field
- Hands-on previous experience with repairs, constructionand/or maintenance preferred
- Strong computer skills Experience with Office 365/SharePoint and other web-based software applications
- Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to self-start and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen
