Job Description
The Food Production Operations Managerwillstart in the local meat packaging locker in Riley, Kansas and help lead the transition to USDA inspection, expand capacity, and incorporate the latest packaging (Rollstock) technology. At the completion of construction in our new Manhattan, Kansas facility (Fall 2021), the Food Production Operations Manager will lead the new team that they have assembled to transition the majority of our processing in our Manhattan, Kansas location while we continue to slaughter in Riley for both locations.
