Woof's is seeking a Call Center Reservation Agent who will provide,high-quality, “best-in-class” customer service over the phone while scheduling appointments for our loyal guests. The ideal Reservation Agent for our call center is a challenge-seeking individual who istechnology-oriented and has the ability to immediately take care of guest requests via phone, email and chat.

Qualifications
Requirements for Call Center Reservation Agent include:
- 6+ months of call center experience preferred
- Providing high quality customer service through inbound and outbound calls
- Technology experience to use our systems and trouble shoot customers online account issues
- Customer-first attitude with excellentcommunication skills
- Ability to work at a desk and talk on the phone 8 hours per day
