Position:
On-Site Manager for Medium Apartment Complex
Requirements:
3-5 years of multi-family complex experience preferred
Experience with Facility Maintenance
Customer Service/Relations Experience preferred
High School completion or higher education preferred
Be easily reachable by tenants in case of a maintenance emergency
Live on-site or in close proximity to complex
Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
Be able to work on feet for several hours at a time
Background screening before employment begins
Duties:

- Includes welcoming current and new residents, being knowledgeable about complex specific information and industry procedures, being professional and courteous in communications with residents and community members, having a helpful attitude, and being willing to work with a great team.
- Serve as a main point of contact for residents
- Includes showing rental units to prospective tenants, coordinating tenant move-in and departure, performing pre-rental inspections and move out inspections, and responding to the needs and concerns of current tenants.
- Function as a liaison between property owners and tenants
- Includes accepting applications and submitting to management for approval, posting communications and notices, issuing written or verbal warnings, and ensuring the rules and guidelines set forth for the complex are being followed.
- Perform basic maintenance duties
- Includes cleaning, repair jobs, and managing the upkeep of the grounds, common areas and laundry room.

Job Details:
- 30-40 hours/week, no overtime
- Regular workdays are Monday- Friday, on-call for maintenance emergencies on weekends
- Located in Lamar, Colorado
