The Field Service Technician will provide tier 2 end user support for a large user base. This position will act as an escalation point to the first level service desk to provide desktop level support. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for hardware support, laptop refreshes, imaging, setting up and shipping equipment out for new starts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS technologies including Windows 10, SharePoint, Visio, Teams and/or Skype. If you have any experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment that is a huge benefit!

Required Skills:

3+ years' experience providing technical support to end-users
Must have experience with Windows 10, printer support, MS software and hardware troubleshooting
Experience with laptop refreshes, imaging and setting up equipment for new hires
Experience utilizing a ticketing system and meeting SLAs
Must have excellent communication skills to effectively work with non-technical users

Desired Skills:

ITIL experience
Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Experience with MS Autopilot
Comfortable supporting hardware devices such as handheld scanners, lasers, printers and labeling devices
