This role delivers on our “Count on More” brand promise by assisting customers with simple and complex transactions, resolving service inquiries, introducing the convenience of digital self-service tools and managing customer flow all while complying with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Based on business continuity needs and scheduling, these team members travel between multiple branches within a designated market.
