Job Description

As an HR Leader in our Kansas/Iowa/Missouri/Arkansasregion you will work closely with leadership to provide human capital support and direction. You will partner with leadership to plan, develop, and implement strategic and tactical human resource plans for the firm. You will also execute daily human resource operations, manage and develop staff, and have accountability for the performance and results of the regional team. You will provide expertise in engagement strategies, performance management, and complex employee relations issues.

Additionally, you will proactively support the development and execution of talent strategies and processes for the region including, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and talent acquisition. You will partner with business and technical leadership on critical talent decisions to effectively guide the human resources strategy and align decisions with firmwide talent goals. Must maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business units’ financial position, business strategy, culture, and competition.

  • Bachelor’s degree required

    in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related area
  • Must have at least 8-10 years of HR experience
  • Must have 4+ years of experience managing people.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) helpful
