Creates and develops software solutions to application errors reported. Escalates unresolved issues to proper personnel. Bachelors Degree or equivalent. 4-6 years experience in an IT support role.Other Skills:Provisioning team is seeking a well-rounded IT candidate to fill a production application support role. Expectation is that each production support team member has a deep understanding of each applications¿ functionality/flows, logs, database tables, connection pools and configurations. The job entails monitoring and proactively identifying potential issues on the applications, troubleshooting production issues, root cause, application administration, automation scripting, error handling, reporting, vendor management and running maintenance events.
