Job Description

Epsilon is seeking a Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our Digital Experience (DX) Practice. You will be involved in the delivery of digital solutions for our clients. This person will report to the Vice President, Digital Solutions.

The role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the US.

The Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer will be responsible for analysis, development, testing and documentation for Salesforce Marketing Cloud based projects. Additionally, this Lead SFMC Developer will also engage in support and enhancement requests.

Primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and managing solutions for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You are a SME, with hands on experience on SFMC. Experience with administration of SFMC is also a requirement.

This Lead developer should have hands on experience executing SFMC projects, with experience developing solutions with the following SFMC solutions:
  • Email Studio
  • Mobile Studio
  • Journey Builder
  • Interaction Studio
This Lead Developer will be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the project teams.

The candidate must be able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches. You should also be comfortable in providing a level of effort estimates for the technical portion of solutions.
