Job Description

Olsson has the knowledge and experience to design a wide variety of projects, including urban and rural highways, interchanges, and municipal roadways.As a Licensed Civil Engineer- Roadwaywith our Kansas City MetroRoadway team, you will independently perform engineeringduties, serve as task lead on projectsand meet client needs from conception to completion. You will also develop plan sets and cost estimates, prepare planning and design documents, performdesign calculations, and travel to job sites for observation.

You bring to the team:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering
  • 2 to 6 years of engineering experience
  • Must be able to become aregistered professional engineer
  • Prior experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD required
  • Prior transportation experience is preferred, but not required
