The Product Analyst is expected to produce output on time and with a high level of quality on projects which align customer needs to software enhancement. The Product Analyst provides context to system requirements and contributes to backlog refinement. The Product Analyst works within parameters, using pre-established systematic processes.

- Provide Business Value by solving market problems to meet clients and potential client's needs.
- Work with stakeholders (customers, internal subject matter experts, vendors, technical resources, etc.) to craft and revise specifications
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, as well as developers, to design intuitive, functional, and scalable software
- Work closely with development, quality assurance analysts, and other product analysts to ensure all aspects of the system specifications are implemented completely, correctly, and on-time.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to manage customer enhancement requests and expectations.
- Contribute to the advancement of the team environment through integrity, leadership, and continuous knowledge transfer
- Communicate information in the form of User Stories that support user needs, program functions, test cases and steps required to develop or modify systems.
- May research and analyze projects for new features based on system requirements defined by business system's owners.
- Design requirements and documentation with foresight for the future maintainability and growth of the software.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to manage customer enhancement requests and expectations.
- May act as a liaison to clearly communicate ideas between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree Computer Sciences, Management Information Science, or Business. Equivalent work experience may substitute for degree requirement.

- Strong planning and organizational skills involving the ability to manage multiple work tasks effectively.
- Strong time management skills.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
