Project Billing Associate System one is seeking a Project Billing Associate for a contract position in Overland Park, Kansas.Responsibilities for the Project Billing Associate:Responsible for invoicing of assigned projects and ensuring contract terms are followed regarding correct billing rates and schedules.
Provide support by answering project management questions regarding project billing criteria and invoice drafts.
Invoice, generate, audit, and distribute draft invoices and/or credit memos.
Ensure billing rates or billing schedules are correctly attached to projects and match contract terms.
Coordinate research and analysis activities related to invoicing.
Research past due invoices and collaborate with project teams on collection activities.
Collaborate with Treasury to sort account cash receipts.
Support project invoicing related analysis, as assigned by providing requested information.
Provide support for client and annual audit activities.
Support continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvement.
Requirements for the Project Billing Associate:
Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic Knowledge of percent complete accounting.
Basic Technical accounting knowledge.
