- Receive orders from Inventory Lead and pull items for each kit from PROD, Print Racks, or PROD5
- Review kits and verify if any changes need to be made to quantity of items
- Monitor the receiving process by verifying all deliveries, reconciling shipping invoices, and organizing or distributing incoming deliveries
- Supply Project Manager with photos of each kit and inform them of any changes
- Track Quality Control (QC) Kits on QC spreadsheet and place the kit/job jacket on the shelf to await approval
- Place all approved kits on the approved QC kit shelf
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of Shipping/Receiving, general maintenance, and computer inventory control systems or applicable work experience preferred
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of warehouse equipment required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects with accuracy shifting from one to another
- Ability to frequently lift, stoop with and/or move more than 50lbs
