As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting clients with their computing environments, solving problems that help clients meet their short-term and long-term business objectives, and meeting strategic business goals. We a looking for a System Administrator who has the hands-on experience as well as the ability to manage and “get things done” in a highly technical environment. Professional customer service skills and independent troubleshooting capabilities are an inherent requirement of this role.
Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot & resolve support tickets (by phone, remote access, and some onsite)
- Set up & on-board new clients
- Windows Server administration
- Active Directory administration (User & Computers, Group Policy, Sites and Services, Domains and Trusts)
- Office 365 Administration
- Minimum of 2 years of experience at a Systems Administrator
- Microsoft Windows 7/8/10
- Microsoft Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016,2019)
- Office 365 and O365 Portal Management (Azure Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Office)
- Active Directory (user creation, management and deletion, group policy)
- Firewall management is a plus but not required
- Self-Driven go getter attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to manage time in order to meet deadlines
- Handle multiple priorities in a high-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency
