Source 1 - Advanced Material Handler - 1st shift

The Advanced Material Handler (Source 1) is responsible for operating order pickers and standard forklifts to support shipping, receiving, and production activities. This position involves accurately picking, moving, and organizing materials, including heavy and oversized items, while working at elevated heights within a warehouse or dock environment. This role requires maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company procedures in a fast-paced setting.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate order pickers, standard forklifts, and pallet jacks to accurately pick, transport, and stage materialsEfficiently load, unload, and sort palletized and non-palletized freightUse handheld scanning devices to track inventory and shipmentsSecure freight inside trailers using proper tools and techniquesHandle heavy materials, including coils, equipment, and large componentsWork in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to company policiesMaintain productivity and accuracy while working at heights
