Stanion Wholesale Electric Company is seeking qualified applications for a Branch Manager in Great Bend, KS. Responsible for overall profitability of the Branch and supervision of all departments within that location. Assumes the overall responsibility for Branch operations. Delegates assignments to employees and monitors the completion of those tasks. Coordinates with the Corporate Purchasing department to insure that inventory is available for sales and is purchased at the best possible cost and in proper quantities. Assumes ultimate responsibility to insure customer satisfaction. Handles difficult customer complaints and service problems. Calls on customers for key accounts. Responsible for conducting employee meetings to provide updates and progress of the branch. Assists Credit Manager with issues pertaining to customer credit and collections.
