- Manage multiple projects including scope, requirements, documentation, plans, schedules, and costs.
- Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.
- Rigorously manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed-upon time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Record detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders to establish the project deliverables, using various requirement-gathering techniques (e.g., planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups).
- Communicate expectations in accordance with the Project Plan to align stakeholders and Project Team members.
- Measure project performance to identify and quantify variances and then perform the required corrective actions.
- 5 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager.
- Experience working on large-scale projects/programs.
- Experience working with executive leadership, the business, and technical teams.
- Experience with the full software/system development lifecycle (SDLC) including the phases and deliverables within.
- Knowledge of IT systems, governance, and compliance
- Experience working with CRMs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Healthcare Insurance experience is highly preferred.
