Family Service & Guidance Center (FSGC) is a nonprofit community mental health center that specializes in meeting children's unique needs. We provide direct clinical services, prevention education and outreach to children, adolescents, and families.
This position provides one-to-one direct care to children/adolescents that are experiencing severe emotionalÂdisturbance (SED) or are at risk of becoming SED. Services are provided using the treatment plan, developed by the treatment team including the family. The children/adolescents receiving these services are typically in crisis situations.
Staff work collaboratively with the client, family and treatment team to identify treatment goals, objectives and discharge criteria. They remain available and flexible to work with the assigned client/family during crisis situations to help maintain the client in the home. Staff also complete clinical documentation in a timely fashion as identified by the Crisis Resolution Program.
Work Schedules Available:
Day Shift: Friday-Sunday 6:30am-6:30pm
Night Shift: Friday-Sunday 6:30pm-6:30am
OR
1st Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 6:30am-2:30pm
1st Shift: Sunday-Thursday 6:30am-2:30pm
2nd Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 2:30pm-10:30pm
