West Side Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is hiring a Youth Director to help youth grades 6-12 grow and deepen their faith through education, mission, friendships, events, and opportunities where they can be themselves, discern their gifts, and be empowered to be effective leaders and servants as called by God to be the body of Christ in the world. Primary responsibilities would be to host youth gatherings, plan service projects/mission trips, and teach the high school Sunday School class. We are looking for a responsible person, willing to ensure the safety of the youth in all settings. You must be at least 23 years old, have two or more years experience, training, or education working with youth, have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as social media communication skills, and must pass a background check.
