Experience in Water/Wastewater Treatment Facility construction/renovation/demolition and/or other heavy municipal utility construction experience on projects required.
Essential Functions:
Able to work in the Topeka area for the next year plus, travel after this project is dependent on your work ability and your availability to travel to the next job site.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in running construction crews
Prefer a track hoe operator foreman for this position with pipe laying experience
Previous experience running crews of 3-5 people
Must be able to read blueprints and build what is on them with minimal oversight
Experience forming/pouring concrete desired for plant foreman
Experience laying pipe to grade/setting manholes/back-filling a must
Verifiable experience a must for this position
Must have reliable transportation
Must be proficient on the computer
Keeping daily reports
Project safety oversight and enforcement
Must be able to pass extensive background check
If you bring a pipe laying crew with you, extra consideration given to this person
