Flatlands Transportation a leading contractor for FedEx is seeking an energetic, entrepreneur minded Senior Operations Manager.
The position has a day time schedule with business days Monday - Friday. Typical workday is 7:30am - 5pm. Training and mentoring is available for the right candidates.
No Driving Experience or CDL Required.
The ideal Manager will have the ability to plan for future events, execute on implemented plans, organize daily activities, manage day-to-day operations, and hire/schedule team members.
This position will have an estimated 5 direct reports who will support the day-to-day management of the team of 35 plus.
Requirements:
At least 21 years old
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug and background test
