Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Allied Storage Containers, you will be a key member of our team responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns related to our products and services. You will work directly with customers to ensure they receive top-notch service and efficient solutions to their storage needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing clear and helpful information about rental options, pricing, delivery schedules, and more.
Order Management: Assist customers in placing orders, processing rentals, and ensuring all required documentation and forms are completed accurately.
Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner, working to find timely and effective solutions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our storage container options, services, and any promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Logistics Coordination: Work with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery and pick-up of storage containers.
Customer Retention: Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Database Management: Update customer records in our CRM system and track service interactions to maintain accurate records.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, logistics, and management) to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree is a plus.
Previous customer service experience is preferred, especially in a retail or service-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software (CRM systems).
Problem-solving abilities and a friendly, patient demeanor.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Multitasking skills and the ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
