- Minimum Educational Qualification: High school Diploma Work related qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Moderate PC experience using Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) with ability to navigate Windows OS with ease.
- Willingness to learn new IT concepts and roles related to delivering customer support in a data centre environment.
