Nurses in SBH pride themselves on their compassionate, holistic care to the geriatric population. Their dedication is evident through their often years-long tenure. You will work alongside nurses who will welcome your questions and support you throughout your shift. You will be led by a manager that has created a culture that is inviting and fair. What You Will DoPerform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.Aid with movement and placement of patients.

Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.

Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.

Document necessary records.

Keep patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintain medical equipment.

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:High School Diploma or GED or an active CNA Certification required.
