Review menus and food-production instructions and prepare meals following Holiday menus and recipes. Oversee prep and set-up of service. Follow food safe handling procedures. Complete logs. Follow sanitation standards. In absence of the Exec Chef, oversee the food service staff. Focus on resident satisfaction. Perform admin duties such as menu planning. Minimum 2 years experience in institutional or full-service restaurant cooking. Basic computer skills. Good time management. Enjoys working hard. Cool under pressure. Likes a challenge.
