We are seeking a creative, motivated, and organized social media, sales, and marketing specialist. In this position, you will interact with new and existing customers, promote our products and provide customer care services. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers on all social media platforms. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
Job Duties
Manage all social media accounts
Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness and promotions
Cultivation of leads and sales
Customer service and special projects as needed
Requirements
Proven working experience in social media marketing and/or sales
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
