Johnson Controls in Wichita, KS is hiring Production and Assembly Associates
to join our growing team at one of the world’s leading HVAC manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production line and assembly equipment.
- Inspect, test, and package HVAC components.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Follow quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Prior manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred (not required).
- Reliability and teamwork are essential.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.
Pay & Benefits:
- $20–$26/hr DOE
- Overtime and shift differentials available
