Manpower Engineering looking for a

contract Industrial Controls Engineer for our client in Bardstown, KY area. Contract position with opportunity to convert to perm next year.

Summary of what you'd be doing:

Will program Fanuc robots and PLCs (company uses Allen Bradley PLCs, Series 5-5000)
Will be involved with complex projects, cradle-to-grave
Will work to reduce cycle times and improve Operational Availability (OA)

Here's a summary of who we're seeking:

Local candidates
Degree not mandatory but would prefer some formal training/education. Will consider new graduates if they are "self-starters".
PLC programming experience
Robotic program helpful (if can program PLCs, can learn the robotic programming)
