Responsibilities:
Responsible for apartment turns and ongoing work order
Curb appeal and maintenance of the property
Inventory of warehouse materials
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience required
Painting, light electrical, and plumbing experience required
Must provide your own tools
Ability to work on-call and evenings and weekends if needed
PTAC and appliance repair experience preferred
Customer Service and detail oriented
Demonstrate a willingness to learn new tasks
Valid driver's license and insurance required, must also be able to pass a criminal background and drug check
