This is a company is continuing to grow, has a great benefits and competitive salary!Job Description:The Information Technology Associate is responsible for maintaining, processing, and troubleshooting company computers, application systems, network, and operationsAssists or coordinates a company's information technology projects. Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.Manage entire computer / network infrastructure and all related systems to support 24 / 7 manufacturing environment. Provide administration support and end-user support for company internal applications and Customer's portal systems, such as: ERP Systems (PLEX), EDI Systems (PLEX), On Demand Print Systems, Office365, Honda Portal, Toyota Portal etc.Assists and coordinates with IT project delivery, including documentation, testing, training, and deployment for software or hardware solutions, cooperating with different divisions. Direct to continuous improvement and cost reduction activities with information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.Other projects / duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum 3+ years equivalent work experience in information technology related field is required.Associate Degree in Computer Science or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge is required. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is preferred.Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess when an issue must be escalated to the next level. Must be analytic, detailed orientated, highly organized, and have excellent follow-up skills.Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.Proficient with ERP and EDI systems; Familiar with PLEX systems is a plus.Proficient with Structured Query Language (SQL), relational Databases, ODBC connectivity.Proficient with Windows Server System; Maintenance and Troubleshooting, and User Security AdministrationProficient with Office productivity software; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointFamiliar with programming PLC and SCADA applications is a plus.
