Laudan Properties®, is a regional mortgage field service provider, and is in the process of growing its business and has the opportunity to find a contractor that is interested in taking on Bowling Green and surrounding counties.
The counties that we are looking to have covered, consists of: Warren, Butler, Edmonson, Barren, Hart, Allen and Logan.
If you are interested in this opportunity, full county coverage is needed for the counties listed above.
We are looking for a Contractor that can provide excellent quality and that is success driven. Knowledge of HUD guidelines and previous property preservation experience is mandatory. The contractor that we are looking for should have previous experience with using the PPW application (Submitting bids, completing PCR forms, and Flagging pictures).
We pay twice a month (15th and 30th), and we always make sure our contractors are paid on time. We do offer direct deposit and pay is on a net 30 days from when the job is completed.
We are looking for property preservation contractors that can complete the following services:
Trash outs
Winterization orders
Minor Roof Repair(s)
Minor Electrical Services
Window Boarding
Lock Changes/Re-keys
Lawn Maintenance
Debris Removal
Emergency Maintenance
Requirements:
General Liability insurance
Obtain ABC# from (Aspen Grove)
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and respect for due dates
Must have tools and equipment (Lock's, Lock boxes, generators, pressure gauges, trailer, etc) that are required to complete preservation work
Must have smartphone/tablet to access our jobs through an application to sync photos taken at the jobsite
The need is immediate due to increase in volume and strong growth
